Each object is made by hand in Nassau, The Bahamas. Availability, lead time, delivery, and shipping are confirmed before purchase.
Returns & Repairs
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact Gens Inconnus within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Damaged items will be reviewed and, where appropriate, repaired or replaced. Because each piece is made by hand and shaped by natural wood grain, any replacement will be made as close as possible to the original, but may not be identical.
Repair services are available for all Gens Inconnus products. Repair costs are calculated based on the condition of the item, the type of repair needed, materials required, and the time involved. A repair estimate will be provided before any work begins.
